Objective:

These general conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the General Conditions") regulate the use of all the services of this web site (hereinafter referred to as the "portal") that the company Blue Olive Consulting, S.L., domiciled at street Les Valls, 28th, 1º 5, (hereinafter referred to as the "company") makes available to the users of Internet. Merely by using the Portal the user expressly accepts, without any reservations, these general conditions, which can be modified by the company at any time. In addition the users are submitted to all the particular conditions, warnings or instruction regulations that are brought to their attention related to the specific contents and services and which complement what is set out in the General Conditions provided that they do not contradict them.

Exclusion of liability for the correct functioning of the Portal and its services

The company does not guarantee the availability or continuous functioning of the Portal, nor of its services and contents. When it is reasonably possible the company will give prior warning of any interruption to the functioning of the same. The company shall not be responsible or liable for losses or damages of any nature that may arise due to the lack of availability or continuous functioning of the Portal, or of any of its services, or for failure to access the different web pages of the Portal, or any pages from which certain services are offered.

All the graphic documents included on this web page referring to different Property Developments or properties or buildings is merely for orientation purposes and is subject to the changes demanded by the technical evolution of the projects and their execution. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THIS INFORMATION A CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENT, NOR CAN IT BE CONSIDERED AS SUCH.

Law for the protection of consumers

The information about each Property Development and the products to be commercialized is orientative and of a general nature. It is subject to possible changes. All the information related to the Royal Decree 515/89 of 21 April 1989 is at the disposition of the buyers in the offices of the company.

The use of the Portal and the services by the users

Except when the user has obtained prior and express authorization specifically granted by the company to this effect, the user shall not obtain, or try to obtain, any type of contents, be they texts, graphs, drawings, sound files, images, photos, videos, software, or in general any type of material accessible through the Portal or these services, using for this end means different to those made available for this purpose or which are normally used for this end in Internet.

Exclusion of liability for the contents

The company shall in no case be liable, neither directly nor subsidiarily, for any contents, information, communication, opinion or declaration of any type which originate from the user or any other person or entity and which is communicated, spread, transmitted or displayed on the Portal services.

Exclusion of liability for the contents and service stored outside of the Portal

The Portal makes available to the users technical link tools, including links, directories, and search tools, which allow them access to web pages and sites managed by third parties. The company has no ownership rights over these sites and pages and does not commercialize nor offer the contents and services made reference to therein, and therefore is in no way liable neither directly or subsidiarily for the said web pages or sites.

Through this legal warning, and in accordance with what is established in the Law 15/1999, for the Protection of data of a personal nature, the company informs the users of its policy for the protection of data so that they can freely decide if they wish to provide the personal data which may be asked of them when they sign up for any of the services offered. Except in the cases when the contrary is indicated, the answers to the questions about personal data are voluntary. The personal data received shall be used maintaining it in secret and respecting its confidentiality and is stored with the objective of continuously managing and providing the services offered by the company through its Portal. Applicable law and the jurisdiction of the courts

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish Law. For any controversy or dispute that could arise related to the application of the services or the interpretation or application of the general conditions, the company and the user expressly renounce any right to make claims before the courts of their domiciled address and submit themselves to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
