Poland has a total population of around 39 million people and its the country with the most active economy as well as the greatest consumer spending member out of the 10 new eastern European countries who have recently join the EU. Its demographic traits make it a very attractive country as a large percentage of its population are mainly composed of youngsters who are actively integrated into the labor market. This demographic environment fosters great internal consumer spending which on the other hand makes the economy grow.

Poland provides a very stable economical history and since its acceptance into the EU in May of 2005 it has abided by the European Union rules and laws. Recently, the ministry of Economy, Employment and Social Policies of Poland presented a report which described the deficit of residential properties in the market place. This report expressed a need for 1.5 Million residential properties and provided an objective to build 140.000 new residential apartment & houses per year.
